At PP Food Service, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide high-quality organic food products, spices, and grocery items.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Product is expired
  • Item is missing from the order

2. Return Time

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened food products
  • Used items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Perishable items unless defective

4. Refund Process

After verification, refunds may be provided through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.

5. Exchange Policy

If the delivered item is incorrect or damaged, we may offer replacement based on product availability.
